Booking policy
- All services are by APPOINTMENT ONLY, NO WALK INS ARE ALLOWED.
- To book an appointment, you may call or send us an appointment request with the desired date, time and service.
- Appointments are first come, first serve.
- All extension appointments ( weaves, braids, etc) require a $50 NONREFUNDABLE deposit that will go towards the price of the service.
- Please be aware if we don't receive the deposit within 24 hours of booking then your appontment will not be booked.
- If you reschedule within 24 hours then your deposit will go towards a future service
- if you don't reschedule within the alloted time then you will lose your deposit
- All no call, no shows will be subject to a $50 rebooking fee on top of the price of the service.
- In the event the stylist needs to cancel the appointment then your deposit will be refunded in full.
- The stylist reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment at any time

If you receive your order and it's damaged or leaking, please send us a picture as proof and we'll ship you a new one
